The Sycamore bed captures the wonder of the fleeting summer season. A unique pattern of leaves is forever frozen in space along the headboard and footboard, whirling from an invisible wind. Fence-like posts stand erect, stopping the leaves from cascading to the ground. The arched headboard gently curves up and then back down again. At the center, a spray of leaves rise toward the sky as if they are in a vase. This gives the bed an aura of formality and hospitality. Widely spaced spindles grace the arms and back of the bed. The design is airy and carefree—just like a summer day should be.Three finishes complete the metal Sycamore. Matte White is as refreshing as an early morning sunrise. The bed takes on an entirely different personality in White—a little old-fashioned for the pure of heart—and a perfect contrast for any room and bed covering. Pebble Green takes you to a pastoral setting. The finish is part verdigris like aged planters, part leafy green to recreate the feeling of summertime. Hammered Copper is a textured effect with a black base and copper metallic highlighting. All of these finishes provide the ideal backdrop to sooth senses as a favorite book is read in bed.
